Return & Refund Policy — Onyx & Opal Studios

We partner with trusted fulfillment providers, including Apliiq for Onyx & Opal Co. apparel and Amazon for affiliate-linked items. Because these products are made and shipped directly by our partners, all returns and refunds must follow their respective policies.

Apliiq Orders

Apliiq products are made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change-of-mind reasons.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@onyxandopal.studio with photos of the issue.
We’ll coordinate directly with Apliiq to resolve the problem or arrange a replacement.

If Apliiq receives a return directly, they will hold it for 30 days. You may request reshipment to your customer or another location, but additional shipping and handling fees will apply. Unauthorized returns to Apliiq are not guaranteed to be processed or refunded.

Amazon or Third-Party Affiliate Items

Items purchased through Amazon or other affiliate links must be returned using the original seller’s process.
Please visit your Amazon account or the vendor’s website to initiate the return, as Onyx & Opal Studios does not process returns or refunds for affiliate items.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or made-to-order apparel

  • Personal-care or beauty items once opened

  • Sale or final-clearance merchandise

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos.
We’ll help coordinate the replacement or correction through the appropriate vendor.

Refunds

Once a return is approved by the vendor (Apliiq or Amazon), refunds will be issued directly by that vendor to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after vendor approval.
